Write down 15 to 20 positive things about yourself and get a friend to do the same.

How did you find this task?

Keep hold of your personal list of positive things and put it somewhere safe. On a new piece of paper, take five to 10 minutes to write down 15 to 20 positive things about your friend and get them to do the same about you. Swap lists and keep them somewhere safe to encourage you.
